SERVICES
Nutrition & cooking programs
We can work with you and your organisation to develop a nutrition and cooking program to meet your groups needs. We currently offer a four-session hands-on nutrition and cooking program to community services to support their clients health and wellbeing. As part of this program we provide nutrition education and hands on cooking experiences in order to teach essential life skills necessary to eat well.
Nutrition and cooking presentations
Energetic, fun and informative are very common words used to describe our very interactive nutrition and cooking presentations. We can tailor an interactive cooking presentation for any group. Our dietitians and home economist will show you how to prepare tasty and wholesome meals, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is the perfect way to have fun with your food, learn to love new ingredients and join the dots between nutrition messages and what's on your plate.
NDIS services
As specialists in practical nutrition education, our team of dietitians (led by an experienced Home Economist), steer away from the traditional dietetics model. We focus on capacity building to improve your confidence, knowledge and skills, building the foundations of independence to eat well and care for yourself.
All services are mobile, and delivered in a relaxed and non-judgemental way. Your dietitian will take time to get to know you and your environment, then work with you to build capacity around choosing healthy foods, shopping, meal planning and cooking.
