NDIS

NDIS & icare services

As specialists in practical nutrition education, our team of dietitians (led by an experienced Home Economist), steer away from the traditional dietetics model. We focus on capacity building to improve your confidence, knowledge and skills, building the foundations of independence to eat well and care for yourself.

As all services are mobile, our dietitians take time to get to know you in your environment, helping you to identify barriers you face around eating well, shopping, meal planning and cooking. In a relaxed and non-judgemental way they work closely with you and your support network (where relevant), building your capacity to improve your daily and long-term mental and physical wellbeing, improving your participation in community.
